Making chocolate cake

Ingredients

• 175g smooth butter  
• 1¾ cups of sugar
• 1 TBS vanilla 
• 3 eggs
• 2 cups flour/gluten free all purpose flour
• ½ cup cocoa
• 2 TBS baking powder
• 1 cup milk

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Put the butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Grease a 16cm tin with butter, then add ½ tbsp of flour to the tin and roll the tin around until the flour has covered the butter completely.

Into the creamed butter and sugar, sift the cocoa and flour and add the baking powder.

Measure one cup of milk and set beside the mixing bowl. As you begin to mix the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture with your beaters, slowly pour in the milk.

Once the cake batter is well combined, pour into the greased tin.

Place in oven and bake at 180°C for half an hour or until the cake begins to pull away from the edge of the tin, the cake’s surface springs back to the touch, and when a clean skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean.

once you remove from the oven, leave to stand for 5 minutes, then remove from tin and allow to cool on the back door step or in the fridge 

Making choco cup cakes

Making choco cupcake’s:

1.you need your cutlery and baking stuff/measuring spoons/ measuring cups and your three bowls. big,medium sized bowl and small bowl and the cup for the cake.   

2.You will need a full measuring cup of flower/raising flower.

3.A half a cup of of milk and you need some butter and 3 TBS sugar.

4.A egg.

5.chocolate chips .

6.baking powder.

And you can put in anything that you would want to put on or in your cup cake.

7.and then you put the cup cakes in the oven for 180 on bake.

Measures

Today we had writing and maths what I learnt was when you write a narrative you have to make it interesting and have that punctuation in your narratives.In maths I was on the computer and in my email my teacher sent me a link called measures and what I learnt from that is when you think you will get all your answers right.    

This is what i heard from my mum and dad :
Is when you focus on your work you move up in your learning and you know more when your older and you will get a good job.

My Holiday Recount

     My Holiday Recount

In the holidays I went to my nan’s house. When I got there, they had K.F.C ready for me, my brother and sister.

When days went by....On saturday my nan gave 50 dollars to me, my brother and my sister.

Later we went shopping in Sylvia Park. When we finished I

got ready for Jerome’s birthday. When I got there, Alex was playing G.T.A IV. We waited until we went out for dinner. We went to Valentines.

My cousin also came over to play with me during the holiday. It was so much fun.

The part was that was not fun in my holiday was when my cousin went home the next day. In the next holiday I will make my holiday better by going to the movies.

My famous sausages

Steps 1.first you cook the sausages   2.then you cook the potato   3.and then you mash the potato 4.and you put you mash potato in to your sausages   5.and you put your cheese on the mashed potato. ENJOY !
